Development of a monitoring and evaluation framework for anti-trafficking policies
The framework was developed to enable NGOs in the Western Balkans to monitor and evaluate implementation, by states in the region, of international anti-trafficking conventions, such as the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, and various UN conventions.
