Evaluation of Results- Based Management in the Council of Europe
Undertook quality assurance for this project, which evaluated the maturity level of Results Based Management (RBM) in the Council of Europe and identified strengths and areas where the organisation’s RBM system might be improved. It looks at the current RBM system and how it is used in standard setting, monitoring and cooperation throughout the organisation.
