Contributed analysis on the added value of implementing projects within the framework of the Action Plan.

Impact evaluation and ways forward for the Confidence Building in South Caucasus (CBSC) program

The project aimed to enhance the role of young people in local human rights-related advocacy and local decision-making processes. It also aimed to build confidence between different ethnic groups within and between project countries. Project activities focused on vulnerable and marginalised groups, including women and internally displaced people.

Evaluation of the European Union – Council of Europe Joint Programmes ‘ROMED1’ and ‘ROMED2’

These programmes covered, respectively, Roma community – local authority mediation; and Roma community participation in local decision-making processes. The evaluation covered Bulgaria, FYROM, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Ukraine. The programmes emphasised gender and active and meaningful participation of women in decision-making processes.
