Updated an existing methodology to assess the service delivery capacity of municipalities in Turkey and the Western Balkans taking into account developments since the methodology was first developed, in particular the need for municipalities to mitigate the impact of the global financial crisis at the local level.
Evaluated 7 projects with total EU grants of EUR 1.7 million addressing sexual and reproductive health, cultural heritage, and agriculture.
