European Parliament ‘In-Depth Analysis of the gaps and errors in the TED database’

The analysis reviewed deficiencies of TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) as a tool for public procurement policy analysis and formulation, and suggested ways in which the system could be enhanced to limit gaps and errors. Roderick Ackermann led the analysis and presented it to the European Parliament Committee on Budgetary Control.
