Mid-term evaluation of UNDP project 'Fostering Decentralization and Good Governance (DGG) at the Local Level in Georgia'

Working at national level and in three regions of Georgia, the project aimed to improve the quality of local government in Georgia. More specifically, it was expected to lead to: more competences transferred to local governments; increased responsiveness, transparency and accountability of local governments; and greater engagement of citizens in local decision-making, including women, men, youth and ethnic minorities.
