External review of Terre des hommes (Tdh) decentralisation and regionalisation pilot in Europe

This was a strategic review covering a major evolution in Tdh structures and processes in Europe. Tdh has been implementing pilot decentralisation schemes in three regions of the world as part of a major strategic reorientation in the way that it addresses issues facing children. The review of decentralisation in Europe provided strategic recommendations for institutional restructuring in Europe.
