Reviewed the report for INTEGRATION International Management Consultants. This EU-funded programme aimed to assist the Federal Government of Nigeria in the implementation of the National Strategy for Public Service Reform. The 5-year programme, which is due to end in 2019, has supported five federal agencies: The Bureau of Public Service Reform; The Federal Inland Revenue Services; The National Bureau of Statistics; The Office of Head of the Civil Service of the Federation; and The Ministry of Budget and National Planning. The programme’s expected results relate to inter-agency coordination, policy planning and forecasting, statistics, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation, public finance management, and taxation.
