Baseline assessment of the of the institutional position of the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC) in the context of the project ‘Strengthening democracy and building trust at local level in Ukraine’

The assessment supported the development of the AUC’s medium-term strategy in the context of ongoing local self-government reform in Ukraine (decentralisation and amalgamation).

Development of a methodology, tools and guidelines for the monitoring and evaluation of the project ‘Strengthening democracy and building trust at local level in Ukraine’

Developed written guidelines on project monitoring and evaluation, including data collection, analysis, storage and dissemination. Co-facilitated a workshop with the project team in Strasbourg to review and revise the project theory of change, objectives, and indicators.
