The USD 2 million project, which was launched in 2004, encompassed a business start-up programme, development of a B&B cluster, provision of loans through a revolving credit fund, and ad-hoc capacity development for the Small and Medium Enterprise Development National Center of Armenia (SMEDNC).
Evaluated 7 projects with total EU grants of EUR 1.7 million addressing sexual and reproductive health, cultural heritage, and agriculture.
