Data and IT tools
In additon to qualitative evaluation methods, Evalutility uses IT to enhance the quality and depth of evaluation. From streamlined data processing and geospatial analysis to the careful use of machine learning and natural language processing, the goal is to generate insight that supports transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. Our starting point is to make better use of existing data. Emphasis is placed on practical, context-sensitive solutions — whether cleaning, parsing and merging datasets, visualizing trends, or extracting meaning from qualitative data. AI is explored as a tool that, when applied ethically and appropriately, can help uncover patterns and support rigorous, learning-oriented evaluation.
